Swim Lessons and Aquatic Fitness Classes

Lessons take place in the Winchester, Virginia area.
Adult Private Swim Lesson Session
  • Private Swim Lessons
  • Four one hour lessons per session. Classes available beginning June 15, 2009
  • One-on-one instruction with WSI Certified Instructor
  • Learn four competitive swim strokes plus other swim strokes
  • Learn drills to increase swim strength and gain confidence in the water
  • Diving instruction available. Also lake swimming as well as ocean swimming can be arranged for an additional fee during summer months only.
  • Additional fee for lessons outside of the Frederick Co., VA area ($50.00 per session)

  • Summer Pool June 15th - August 31st)Location: 9.5 Miles out Middle Road on left 7011 Middle Road, Middletown VA 22645
  • Fall, Winter and Spring Location of pool: Country Inn and Suites Hotel Pool. Off of Interstate 81 and Route 37 at kernstown Exit of 81. Behind Outback Steak House.
  • Times and days for private classes: M, W and Th 10:30-4 pm ALL CLASSES MUST BE PRESCHEDULED
  • One person per class, or two family members. No Exceptions
  • All sessions must be prepaid and pre-scheduled

    SPLASH! Water Fitness Class - Summer 2009
  • New Indoor Heated Pool for Year Round Classes. Location: Country Inn and Suites Hotel Pool until June 1, 2009. We'll be back at the hotel in September 2009. (In the summer our classes will be held at Clearbrook Pool in Winchester) - while we teach there you need to pay through Frederick County Parks and recreation Department. Directions to Country Inn and Suites Hotel Pool are Interstate 81 and Route 37 at Kernstown Exit of 81. Behind Outback Steak House.
  • Class Times and Days: Deep Water Exercise Monday and Wednesday 6-7 pm and Swimming Intervals Class Thursday 6-7 pm
  • Fee pays for seven classes morning or evening
