Adult Private Swim Lesson Session

  • Four one hour lessons per session. Classes available beginning June 10, 2010
  • One-on-one instruction with WSI Certified Instructor
  • Learn four competitive swim strokes plus other swim strokes
  • Learn drills to increase swim strength and gain confidence in the water
  • Diving instruction available. Also lake swimming as well as ocean swimming can be arranged for an additional fee during summer months only.
  • Additional fee for lessons outside of the Frederick Co., VA area ($50.00 per session)

    SPLASH! Water Fitness Class - Summer 2010
  • In the summer our classes will be held at Clearbrook Pool in Winchester - while we teach there you need to pay through Frederick County Parks and recreation Department.
  • Class Times and Days: Deep Water Exercise Monday and Wednesday 6-7 pm and Swimming Intervals Class Thursday 6-7 pm
  • Fee pays for seven classes morning or evening
  • Sign up today - Limited Class Space - Walk-Ins Welcome $10.00 per class
  • Fall Classes begin September 1, 2009
